Find a dark, relatively quiet place in your home to be used as the skunk's bedroom, such as a bathroom, an empty cabinet or very large box that a console TV or household appliance came in. Skunks AT ANY AGE confined to a small space for extended periods of time will become bad biters and aggressive. Allow your skunks to be with you, watch TV and roam the house as much as possible. If you had only a few feet to walk in and the same old four walls to look at, would you be a happy camper?

If you do use your bathroom for the baby skunk's bedroom, be sure to keep the toilet lid down to prevent drowning. Remove all harmful items and cleaning materials from under the sink if the cabinet can be easily opened.
