I use mcafee antivirus and it appears to have worked well stopping a few virus's ive been sent. It also seems to use less resources than norton and crashes less than norton on my system, though norton appears to be prolifically available as warez compared to mcafee so its probably easier to get.

Hi Nick
Is the AVG any good if so I'll have that one
if you think the Norton is better I'll get that one.
Simon
I read some time back on this site that Mcafee
was giving that person a lot of trouble so I'll give
that one a miss thanks anyway

I have used AVG, never had a problem with it, doesn't update as often as some.
Macafee I have also used and found unstable.
Never used Norton, can't comment, but others have good things to say about it
I use innocluate at the moment, it's still free for peeps that have had it a while

Thanks for that info Nick. I have just been reading
the comments that Catwoman posted a few day's ago on
anti viruses, Norton seem to have the edge I think I'll
go for that one.
thanks again

I see that Innoculate is no longer available for new users, Like Nick I am using AVG and I agree that it is very good and excellent value for money! It's free!
