Me, I'm about to install the free Vista upgrade on my Lappy I bought in the January sales - Vista Upgrade finally arrived yesterday morning. Wish me luck!

If you're going to install what amounts to a Beta version of an OS why not go the whole hog and install Ubuntu (Linux) 7.04 Beta - it's said to be far less buggy than Vista and will import all your Windows settings and theme plus your My Documents, Favorites/Bookmarks etc. Tis bootiful :):) You can add 3D features, transparent windows etc. that beat Vista into a cocked hat :lol

Took four hours to install and for Acer to sort out and update their applications, drivers and bios. Two discs but very little user imput. All automatic and easy. Well done Acer!
