Just recently I have been searching about for another ISP, but I am starting to feel left out to say the least. Everytime that I find one that I like the look of and sound of, I find that I cannot join because they only accept certain credit cards and will not accept any other form of payment:(
Oh well the search continues.

Correct me if I'm wrong but dont you pay for BTinternet through your phone bill?
BT surftime works like that anyway.

BT Surftime is a call discount package for which you still need an ISP. Most ISP's charge for an account using the G5 numbers.
I am not sure if you can get BT Internet added to your phone bill.
BTW - How are you wanting to pay for your ISP?

True, but with BT Surftime with Lineone for example you pay for the whole package through your BT phone bill.

The Lineone package is an Evening and Weekend package (other packages are available but are aimed at voice calls). No 24/7 unlimited package is available through this deal.
It is intended for use in Evenings from 6pm and Weekends with all calls Free, however during daytime hours calls cost 1p per minute.
An individuals usage pattern would indicate which package would be best suited to them. Most people look for an unlimited package now a days and various options are available to them.
Demon can arrange for a Direct Debit for your account. Most will accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques, postal orders or direct credit transfers.

In that case a list of ISP's you dont want to use would be useful.

Paul B has just given the answer
Pay BT for the surftime discount package through the phone bill.
Pay Demon by direct debit. Or if you can afford it in one hit, for a year by cheque. Or even cash by registered post.

Why not try the FREECHARIOT www.freechariot.co.uk £15 per month for 24\7 payable by direct debit or credit\debit card, also other cheaper options like off-peak at £9.99 but i'd go for the 24\7.No harm in looking.

Thanks to all who replied.
I looked at Freechariot but you have to ring a phoneline to register a MAC, it is the same phoneline that you call to join Surfanytime and boy is that fun.
Anyway I joined up with Freeserve today £13 a month 24/7 access, and when I got to the end of the registration it said click INSTALL if you are using a PC or click the MAC USERS link. So I clicked the MAC users link and got a printed sheet of all the information that I need to connect my machine. Oh and the first month is free:)
