QiQ offer a number of options for support:
1. Pre-Sales - Please visit http://myqiq.info/uk/contact.php
2. Support Database - Available from the Support Database link in the upper right corner of your hosting control panel accessed via http://cp.qiq.cc.
3. Create a support ticket by visiting http://myqiq.info/uk/supporttickets.php (http://myqiq.info/uk/supporttickets.php). This is possibly the best option as your request will be logged and stored within your account for reference.
4. Simply email support at qiq dot co dot uk
5. This discussion forum (http://www.net4nowtforum.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=131) for non-sensitive questions that other hosting clients may be able to answer. QiQ personnel only monitor this periodically, so urgent requests should be made by support ticket.
