Hi all,

Using varying levels of spam filtering in several domains having good results.

One however, has a only a few false positives and lots of spam which is detected on other domains is allowed to pass for some reason and the owner complains [to me] at times of inundation of nuisance mail.

I have found toggling off // on can change the performance of a feature [eg: restarting mail filter logs when they stall] however it didn't seem to improve the 'hit rate' on this particular domain for some reason.

Hi. If you could raise a support ticket quoting the email address that seems to be less efficient at spotting spam, I'll get the configuration checked. Cheers.

Thank you Peter, it actually affects all three accounts on that domain, will get to the Support ticket in the next week or two. :)
