Awstats apparently needs updating at least every two weeks to analyse the log files correctly.
Unfortunately, I'm lazy! My stats don't get looked at too often, but when I want to see them, I want to see them.
I tried looking a couple of days ago, and again just now - both reports gave no results.
I raised a ticket back in September (Ticket ID: 524353) and Sarah sorted it out at the time (thanks Sarah!) - but I'd really rather not bother the support desk about this sort of trivia. Can I sort this myself easily, or do I need to enable SSH access to my domain and do the job Sarah did?
