Hi, Congratulations for this new look site.NTLworld is still great for me.But I am worried abt their association with AOL.:( :(

I think it will be more for Packaged services rather than Dial up or anthing like that ,

Remember NTL dont have any Money AOL fair better with their association is it with Time Warner.

This bundled with Cable access means a host of future possibilities for NTL and the seem to be proactive.

It is a shame they dont apply the same thinking and methodology to their customer services and commitment htough instead of just gicing away free handouts.

It must be costing them a fortune while they still pay the idiots who are supposed to be in charge
